I earned my B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and went on to pursue a Master's in Applied Nutrition and Performance. Over the past seven years, I have been immersed in training and coaching, working directly with clients of all ages and health backgrounds. I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and my work blends nutrition, habit development, exercise, and lifestyle change in a way that actually works in real life.
